- Support dealers and end-users of the ShopKeeper retail point of sale program. I am responsible for providing quick and efficient support to our users and dealers. This support, mostly by phone, consists of not only software specific questions but also network and dos based printing support. I have learned to deal with clients of varying degrees of computer skill.
- I am also responsible for supporting and maintaining the office peer to peer network and computers. This includes handling the backing up and maintenance of data.
- As a third party technician to an Information Technology support company, I have helped troubleshoot and repair network problems as an on-site technician for two major investment firms as well as support new software rollouts across an enterprise.
- Develop Perl programs to assist in the transfer of email messages from one mail system to another. This was done in preparation of implementing a new email application (GroupWise).

6th Semester Advanced Project for Networking: This project involved working as a team on interconnecting a Windows NT server, Linux Server and a NetWare 4.1 server together into a LAN, then connecting 5 LANs, developed by the other teams, into one WAN.
6th Semester Advanced Project for Programming: Team-based development of an Online Customer Rewards Website for the Shop 'n' Win company. My portion of this project involved developing Perl/CGI scripts that interacted with a SQL database using ODBC connections. I also troubleshot JavaScript code, as well as developing graphics for the Website. I was also responsible for supporting the Microsoft Internet Information Server that our test Website was engineered on.
